The White Cliffs of Dover was pipped to first place by Stonehenge on a bucket list survey of 1,500 adults.
Meanwhile, Canterbury Cathedral was ranked 14th, behind the likes of Snowdonia, Ben Nevis, Cheddar Gorge and Hadrian's Wall.
The study conducted by Vision Express also recorded that 40% of people believe it is easy to overlook Britain's beauty.
