Two men arrested in Dover on suspicion of terrorism and both remain in custody

Two men were arrested on suspicion of acts of terrorism in Dover on Tuesday night at the Port of Dover.
They were arrested at around 11pm by officers from the SO15 Counter Terrorism Command.
The men were aged 26 and 44.
They were arrested under the suspicion of the commission, preparation or instigation of acts of terrorism under Section 41 of the Terrorism Act 2000.
Both are in custody at a south London police station.
Officers are searching two addresses in West London and an address in Hertfordshire as part of the investigation under Schedule 5 Act.
Inquiries continue.
