A crash between a car and a trailer on the Union Street roundabout has caused traffic congestion.
It happened this afternoon and the police have confirmed both vehicles have been moved.
A spokesman for Kent Police said: "It was a car and trailer on the roundabout – the driver had stopped to change a tyre which caused congestion.
"They have been moved so it should start to get moving soon."
Eyewitness Nigel Scutt, who is currently caught up in the traffic, said:"No one is hurt its just traffic chaos."
