HIGH-FLYING Dover failed to capitalise on a string of second-half chances in a frustrating Dr Martens League, Premier Division game, at Crabble on Satutrday.
After the heroic FA Cup defeat to Oxford United in front of a 4000-plus crowd the previous weekend, there was bound to be a sense of anti-climax.
However, Whites will be frustrated not to have taken maximum points or complete a double over their Welsh visitors, to gain further ground among the promotion-chasing pack.
Two great chances fell to Dover's Nicky Dent who has gone a month since finding the net, unprecedented after a steady early season haul for the Whites' leading marksman.
Whites skipper Andy Arnott was sent off near the end of the match for an off-the-ball incident with opposing captain Matthew Rose.
