Joe Bedford has agreed a new two-year deal at Dover.
The midfielder had been one of five players offered new contracts at the end of the 2018/2019 campaign.
Andy Hessenthaler revealed last month that Bedford would definitely be staying at Crabble, with the club confirming the news on Thursday.
Bedford signed for Whites from Southend United in December 2018 having spent time on loan with then-National League South side East Thurrock earlier in the campaign.
The 21-year-old, having been at Roots Hall since the age of eight prior to his move, signed his first professional deal in summer 2017 and became a prominent figure in the under-23s but never made a first team appearance for the Shrimpers.
He made four appearances across all competitions for Dover last season, three of which arrived in the FA Trophy while the other came as a substitute in the National League.
