Dover Athletic made a six-figure loss during the season they were relegated from the National League.
The club's financial statements have been published by Companies House, which show a loss of £108,969 for the financial year to May 31, 2022.
Whites finished the season bottom of the National League, winning just two of their 44 league matches. They beat Eastleigh 1-0 at home and then won 2-1 at Boreham Wood.
Dover were fined £40,000 and handed a 12-point deduction for the start of that ill-fated 2021/22 campaign after losing an appeal in June 2021. The punishment was handed down for failing to fulfil four fixtures in February 2021 as Dover chairman Jim Parmenter stopped playing and furloughed management and players while the rest of the division carried on to complete the season.
The accounts also show that 104,813 ordinary shares of £1 were issued in the year, raising cash of £104,813.
The company also received the final Coronavirus Job Retention Scheme grant after the Covid-19 pandemic. They were paid the sum of £24,756, compared to £264,869 which was received in the previous set of accounts.
Speaking in March 2022, Mr Parmenter said: "I’ve navigated the club through the tough times of Covid.
“I have done what I said I would do, which is make sure we have no debt so we can start next season debt-free, and in a position so we have a budget that is competitive in National League South.
“I understand the disappointments and frustrations. They’re no more than the ones that I have.
“We are going to build for next season and to try and be competitive.”
Dover are currently 15th in National League South, with 37 points from 32 games.
They made a profit of £109,010 in the previous 12 months, up to May 2021, prior to the latest set of accounts.
