Dover boss Andy Hessenthaler has added another defensive face to his squad.
The Whites have completed a deal for centre-back Jake Goodman, who spent last season with National League South Ebbsfleet.
Fleet fans did not see the best of Goodman who made eight starts and three substitute appearances last term.
He did score both goals in a 2-1 win at Chippenham but saw red in a home draw with Dulwich and struggled with injury at times.
Bexley-born Goodman impressed during his time in the National League at Bromley. The 6ft 2in defender, who started out at Millwall, has also played for Margate, Luton, Aldershot, Braintree, Maidenhead and AFC Wimbledon.
