A crash on a busy dual carriageway is causing heavy traffic and queues for several miles.
Congestion remains heavy on the A299 Thanet Way near Faversham following the earlier incident at about 7.30pm.
Two vehicles were involved on the stretch between Staple Street Road and Brenley Corner where the road joins the M2.
All lanes have since reopened but there is heavy traffic in the area.
Queues are reportedly tailing back for about two-and-a-half miles to the Dargate turn off on the London-bound side.
Police and the fire service have been asked for more information.
