Driver injured in M-way crash

A WOMAN driver was taken to hospital today after a collision involving two cars on the coastbound carriageway of the M2.
Police were called to the scene at Junction 7 near Faversham at about 11.35am.
The woman was taken to the William Harvey Hospital at Ashford with injuries not believed to be life-threatening.
Police temporarily closed the carriageway but it was reopened at lunchtime.
