An industrial digger reported stolen in 2016 has been found three years later.
It was discovered after a search warrant was carried out in Throwley Forstal, near Faversham yesterday.
The police's Rural Task Force assisted with the raid.
Eight large bags of cannabis were also found in a fridge in an outbuilding and police believe the site had been used to cultivate the drug.
A 70-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of theft, possession with intent to supply Class B drugs and in connection with illegally abstracting electricity.
He was also arrested for possessing a firearm without a licence after a shotgun was seized from the property and was later released pending further investigation.
