Firefighters had to spend two hours controlling a woodland blaze yesterday.
About 150 square metres and leaves were alight near Tin Shop Hill, Faversham.
Crew members dealt with the blaze with beaters and a fogging unit, which uses a fine mist to suppress fire.
They stayed at the scene to deal with several hot spots.
Kent Fire and Rescue Service was called out at 12.30pm and stayed until 2.45pm.
