Firefighters were called out a home in Faversham earlier today to put out a fire in a chimney.
Crews were called out to Sandbanks Lane, Graveney, at about 1.45pm.
They use a fogspike to put out the flames.
The equipment punches holes into a structure and sends water into the inside of compartments, in this instance, inside the chimney.
After putting out the flames, crews made the property safe and left at about 3pm.
This incident has prompted crews to issue tips on preventing chimney fires.
