Brewers Shepherd Neame have created a special beer to mark next month’s coronation of King Charles III.
The Faversham firm hopes its limited edition Coronation Ale will prove a hit with patriotic customers.
The English ale will be available at its pubs across the coronation weekend, which runs from Friday May 5 to Monday May 8.
Last year, it brewed a Celebration Ale to mark Queen Elizabeth II’s Platinum Jubilee.
Chief executive Jonathan Neame said: “We hope our customers will enjoy raising a glass to toast such a special occasion.”
The firm is also creating two cocktails and adding royal-themed dishes to its menu as well as hosting special events at a number of its venues during the course of the weekend.
