Video has captured a car being engulfed by flames on a motorway.
The clip, sent to KentOnline by Marina Wilson, shows the inferno coming from the bonnet of a dark-coloured car.

It was recorded on the hard shoulder, London-bound, between Junction 6 of the M2 for Faversham and Junction 5 for Sittingbourne.
Firefighters were called at 6.25pm and the fire was out by 7pm.
All traffic was held on the London-bound carriageway while emergency services attended.
National Highways says queues are not expected to clear until at least 7.45pm. At around that time traffic reports showed a lane of the motorway was closed along the same stretch due to a broken down car, however.
There were no reported injuries and the cause of the fire is not yet known.
