A 15-year-old girl was among four people who were arrested after police stopped a van and drugs were discovered.
A large police presence was reported in Faversham last night, as roads were blocked off around the Whitstable Road area, and a helicopter was scrambled to help search for people who fled the scene.
At about 8.30pm, officers signalled for a van to stop in Gaskin Road - a small residential street in the Preston area of Faversham.
The van pulled over and several people were seen running from the vehicle.
Officers, with the help of police dog Britt and the police helicopter, searched the area.
They found a 15-year-old girl from Faversham, along with a 27-year-old woman from London and two men aged 22 and 28, also from London.
Cash, mobile phones and a quantity of drugs were seized.
All four were arrested on suspicion of being concerned in the supply of drugs and remain in police custody.
