Delays are being reported following a lane closure caused by a damaged manhole cover.
One lane is closed on the A299 Thanet Way near the M2 junction 7, Faversham, in order to safely repair the cover.
A lane closure will be in place until the materials have hardened and the road is safe to drive on.
It is expected both lanes will reopen tomorrow afternoon.
Traffic will be diverted via the A290, A2050 and A2.
Delays are expected on the approach and in the surrounding areas.
