A Kent family who went viral with a self-isolation adaptation of a Les Misérables track have released another song with lockdown-themed lyrics.

The six members of the Marsh family, who live in Faversham, became an online sensation last week - with their video being viewed by at least 10 million people.

Now, they have uploaded an unseen song - recorded on March 21 - detailing how family life plays out when remaining at home throughout the day.

It is a rendition of a track from the Disney animation Tangled which they have dedicated to NHS workers, teachers and community heroes.

Following their viral success, the family appeared on numerous news channels and made headlines across the world.

Dad Dr Ben Marsh, a history lecturer at the University of Kent in Canterbury, says they are all "hugely moved" by the global response to the first video.

All revenue streams and appearance fees on news channels are being donated to the Covid Solidarity Response Fund.

Mr Marsh said: "We want all of our friends and also some of our cynics to know that we are not in this for the limelight.

"Returning our family to normal life and supporting our loved one's communities is our priority.

"Together, we can do something amazing to help those who need it most.

"But please note, the new song isn't as good or even as comedically bad as the first one."
