A man was arrested last night after causing a scene at Faversham Recreation Ground.
Daniel Clark, 33, had reportedly been "acting indecently" with a woman in the park at around 9pm, before getting into a dispute with a passer-by who commented.
According to an eyewitness, he was punched after flashing them and allegedly saying "do you want some?"
He reportedly retaliated by throwing his phone at the person who had challenged him, hitting and causing damage to a nearby car.
After neighbours called police, Clark, from Stonebridge Way in Faversham, was charged with outraging public decency and criminal damage.
A police spokesperson said: "Kent Police was called to a report that two people were acting indecently in Faversham Recreation Ground at 9.08pm on Wednesday 20 June 2018.
"Following this, a dispute is reported to have taken place."
Clark has since been released on bail.
He will appear at Maidstone Magistrates' Court on July 6.
