Police have spoken with a group of travellers who have pitched up on a field owned by Shepherd Neame.
About a dozen caravans are currently set up on land in Faversham, between the railway line and London Road, just off the roundabout junction with Western Link.
The field, which is a former cherry orchard, is owned by town-based brewer Shepherd Neame.
The travellers arrived on Tuesday and have remained on the land since.
Police were alerted and they have spoken with the group and issued them with a notice to leave.
It is understood the caravans will be gone by some point tomorrow.
Swale Borough Council has also been approached for comment.
Last week, a group of travellers pitched up on Hythe Green, before leaving the recreation ground on Tuesday - the same day a similar number arrived in Faversham.
It is however not known if they are the same group.
