Second man arrested for burglary in The Street in Boughton-under-Blean in Faversham

A second man has been arrested in connection with a burglary.
The 48-year-old man, of no fixed address, was arrested on Friday (Aug 4) evening after a break-in at a property in The Street, in Boughton-under-Blean, Faversham in the early hours of last Wednesday (Aug 2).
It was reported a quantity of cigarettes had been stolen before the offenders fled in a vehicle.
The arrest follows inquiries including the examination of CCTV footage in the area and the arrest and charging of a 43-year-old man.
The second man remains in custody while inquiries continue.
