Chester hits heights in regional trampoline event

Philip Chester from Faversham’s Aire Trampoline Club qualified to compete in the British Gymnastics Grade 2 National Trampoline Finals in Birmingham this month.
He was the only competitor from Swale to compete in the Over 19 men’s category. Phil produced two good routines and finished seventh .
Aire Trampoline Club hosted a South East Regional Recreational Grade 6 competition.
More than 20 of the club’s youngsters competed at the Abbey Sports Centre in Faversham and all won a trophy or medal in their age group.
Head coach Dexter Millen said: "I would like to congratulate all of the team for their exceptional achievements. I am proud of all their hard work."
