Faversham Town boss Ray Turner wants his players to enjoy their last four games of the regular season

00:00, 07 April 2016

Ray Turner wants his Faversham players to enjoy the four matches which will determine whether or not they qualify for the play-offs.

Only goal-difference is keeping Town outside the top-five in Ryman League, Division 1 South ahead of their home game against Walton Casuals on Saturday.

They have a game in hand over the three teams above them and Turner is relaxed about their promotion chances.

He said: "Although teams are all over us in terms of the points after Tuesday’s results, it’s still in our hands.

"It’s incredibly tight and even the ones that think they’re safe at the moment, it’s not guaranteed.

"Normally, by this stage, the teams in second and third are virtually there but I’m still not convinced. They’ve still got work to do.

"Molesey (eighth) probably have too much to do so we’re talking Corinthian Casuals, Hastings and ourselves fighting over one place.

"Three wins and a draw guarantees it. Three wins out of four is what I’m targeting and if we can get that, we’ll be unlucky not to make it."
