Traffic has been affected by an accident on the A20 at Folkestone this morning.
There are long delays London-bound following a crash involving a car and lorry just after the Roundhill Tunnels but only minor injuries were reported.
Queues were tailing back on several surrounding roads including the A20 towards the B2011 at Capel-le-Ferne.
It is also nose-to-tail on the A260 through Densole and Hawkinge towards junction 13 of the M20.
Kent Police officers and paramedics from a car and ambulance crew attended the scene to treat a man and a woman.
Ambulance spokesman Rich Airey said: "One car and one ambulance attended the scene.
"Injuries reported were to a man who was suffering from leg pain as well as back and neck pain and a woman reported with a minor foot injury. One patient was taken to hospital."
Police were called at 7.38am and the road re-opened just before 9am but traffic is still heavy.
A police spokesman said: "Two people were reported to have suffered minor injuries. Recovery has been arranged for the vehicles."
