The name of this year's long awaited air show in Folkestone has been revealed, with a nod to the centenary year of the Royal Air Force (RAF).
The show will be titled the Folkestone and Hythe RAF 100, and will include a display from the world famous Red Arrows.
The event will take place on the weekend of Saturday, 21 and Sunday, July 22.
The Battle of Britain Memorial Flight will fly with a Lancaster, Spitfire and Hurricane on both days.
The Red Arrows will perform on the Sunday after the Step Short war memorial charity's ceremony, taking place from 10am.
It will be the Red Arrows first appearance in Folkestone in four years, and have been displaying since 1965.
The team is made up of pilots, engineers and support staff with frontline, operational experience who perform dives, loops and their famous Diamond Nine shape with precise flying techniques.
The aerobatic display team were last due to be in the town in 2016, where they waited on the ground for more than 40 minutes for a break in the weather to allow them to head to Folkestone.
Unfortunately, thunder and heavy rain forced the show to be cancelled.
Before this, their previous visit had been in 2014.
The event two years ago was designed to commemorate the 76th anniversary of the Battle of Britain, which was fought throughout the summer of 1940.
Local traders will also be exhibiting on the Leas over the weekend, which is expected to draw crowds of thousands.
The organizing team on the ground led by Roger Crouch, who served with the RAF, have already had site safety meetings with Red 10 and the display will be over the sea with the display line avoiding the Harbour Arm.
He said: "After the huge success of the Red arrows displays in the past we are delighted to see them back in Folkestone and Hythe again the displays although centred on the Leas, will extend for miles either side so all can see."
Chris Yates, event director, said: “We are very much looking forward to working with Folkestone and Hythe District and Folkestone Town councils and value the support they give to these events.
“We are once again working with Academy FM, Leas Cliff Hall and Folkestone rescue all of which make this such a successful event.”
