Dover men arrested after vehicle theft in Folkestone

Two men have been arrested after police flagged down a stolen vehicle.
Officers also seized drugs and stolen bank cards in Folkestone after responding to reports of a suspicious vehicle.
After tracking down the car yesterday, they stopped the driver on the Park Farm estate.
Following checks, it was confirmed that the car had been stolen on Tuesday.
A search of the vehicle also revealed a quanitty of class B drugs, along with a number of bank cards in various names.
A 23-year-old man from Dover was arrested on suspicion of possession of a class B drug, possession of an article for use in fraud, driving while disqualified, driving without insurance, theft from a motor vehicle, theft of a motor vehicle and vehicle interference.
A 39-year-old man, also from Dover, was arrested on suspicion of theft from a shop, which relates to an allegation of theft of alcohol from a supermarket in Dover on August 25.
He was also arrested on suspicion of possession of a class B drug and theft of a motor vehicle.
Both have been released on bail.
