Police seized a car on a residential street after officers discovered that the driver did not have a driver's license.
Officers came upon the vehicle in the Folkestone & Hythe district in the early hours of Monday and discovered the car was also not insured.
But on further investigation, they discovered the driver only held a provisional license and the motor was towed away.
Police say they seized the car and reported the driver for the offences.
