Kirsty said she had left work, heard the competition and thought, 'Why not, I'll give it a go.'

It was then during kmfm Drivetime when presenter Rob Wills called her to let her know she was now a lot richer.

Kirsty admitted she thought it was a prank at first, with her Mum and Dad adding: 'Is someone winding you up?'

She quickly realised it really was kmfm making a random call back to her.

She says after work tomorrow she is going on a 'huge spend up'.

There will be another Thousand Pound Friday on kmfm on March 31.

Listen to kmfm breakfast with Garry and Laura from 8am on the day to get all the details.

Text or enter online between 8am and 5.50pm on the day and one person will get a call back and £1,000 cash will be delivered before the end of kmfm drivetime with Rob Wills at 7pm.
