A large tree collapsed into a main road overnight as strong winds battered the county.
The tree appeared to snap at the bottom of the truck in Earls Avenue in Folkestone and it laid across the road for hours until it was moved to let traffic past.
A police spokesman said: "We were called at 7.06am regarding a fallen tree.
"Police officers went to the scene where traffic is now moving.
"Kent Highways are attending to deal with the obstruction."
