Dog running on M20 near Folkestone has a lucky escape

A dog had a lucky escape after being spotted running around on the M20.
Police and highways officers were scrambled this morning after reports the collie was on the coastbound carriageway near Folkestone.
Fortunately the dog was rescued by officers who found it close to the motorway and was returned safely to its owner.
Drivers were warned the animal was in the road when it was reported just after 10.20am near junction 11a.
