Doorman assaulted outside Bank Bar in Castle Hill Avenue, Folkestone

A doorman at a bar was assaulted by two men and suffered cuts and bruises.
Police are investigating a report of an assault in Castle Hill Avenue, Folkestone, at 11.50pm on Saturday, January 28.
It is reported that the man in his 30s was assisting with door security at Bank Bar when the incident happened.
A member of the public who was standing nearby tried to intervene but he was also reportedly assaulted by one of the two men.
One of the men is described as white, 5ft 11ins, of slim build, with floppy ginger hair and wearing a white and blue checked shirt, jeans and trainers.
It is reported he was involved in both assaults.
A 17-year-old from Folkestone was arrested near the scene in connection with the incident and has been bailed to return to the police station on Wednesday, February 15.
