Armed police make arrest and recover BB Gun on Folkestone Harbour

One man was arrested after armed police swooped at Folkestone Harbour.
Firearms officers made the arrest after being called to reports of a man seen with a weapon.
A police spokesman said that a gas-powered BB gun was also seized at the scene following the dramatic scenes yesterday evening.
Kyle Alderson, of Bayle Street in the town, has since been charged with possession of an imitation firearm.
The 33-year-old has been bailed to appear before Folkestone Magistrates' Court on Wednesday, June 16.
A police spokesman said: "Police were called at 4.58pm yesterday to a report a man had been seen with a weapon near Wear Bay Road, Folkestone.
"Armed officers attended as a precaution and a man was arrested at the scene. A gas-powered BB gun was also seized."
