Five men arrested on suspicion of drugs offences in Station Road, Cheriton, Folkestone

Police have arrested five men on suspicion of drugs offences after stopping a car.
An Audi A3 was pulled over by officers in Station Road, Cheriton, at 1.20am yesterday morning after it was seen being driven erratically.
Officers in Folkestone noticed a strong smell of cannabis and searched the vehicle under the Misuse of Drugs Act.
Several thousand pounds worth of cannabis and a knuckleduster were seized.
The driver, a 22-year-old man from Folkestone, was arrested on suspicion of possessing cannabis with intent to supply, driving while unfit through drugs and possessing an offensive weapon.
The four passengers, three 20-year-old men and one 23-year-old man, all from Folkestone, were arrested on suspicion of possessing cannabis with intent to supply.
All five men have been released while investigations continue.
