Officers from the Operation Raptor team executed a warrant at the address in The Durlocks, Folkestone, at about 9pm on February 14.
A 33-year-old woman from Folkestone, a 30-year-old man from Dymchurch and a 16-year-old boy of no fixed address were arrested on suspicion of possession with intent to supply cocaine. They remain in custody.
Cash, mobile phones and approximately 30 packets of cocaine were also seized from the address.

"Drugs ruin lives and blight communities, and we are committed to tackling this harmful trade wherever it exists in Kent.
"The public are our eyes and ears and we encourage anyone who suspects there are drug-dealers operating in their area to get in touch by contacting us on 101 or Kent Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555111."
