Police and ambulance called to Folkestone after man died following medical incident

A man has died this afternoon following a medical incident near a beach.
Police, ambulance and fire crews were all called to the car park near Marine Parade, in Folkestone, close to the Harbour Arm and Grand Burstin Hotel, just after noon.
A witness said tarpaulin was being erected in the car park.
This evening, police confirmed a man had died.
A spokesman said: "Kent Police was called to a medical incident near Marine Parade, Folkestone at 12.10pm on Wednesday, August 18.
"Officers attended along with South East Coast Ambulance Service and a man was pronounced deceased at the scene.
"The death is not being treated as suspicious and a report will be prepared for the coroner."
