Motorcycle crash in Folkestone

Paramedics have attended to a motorcyclist who came off of their bike near Folkestone town centre.
Police were called to the scene at Middelburg Square just after 7.30am this morning, to a report of a single-vehicle road traffic collision.
Emergency vehicles were parked at the junction of Cheriton Road and Foresters Way in Folkestone.
Three police cars and an ambulance arrived at the scene.
The crash involved Honda motorbike.
A SECAmb spokesman said: "I can confirm we attended the scene following reports of an road traffic collision involving a motorcycle at approximately 7.30am this morning.
"The motorcyclist was assessed and treated at the scene before being taken to William Harvey Hospital in Ashford with injuries including a hand injury."
The motorcyclist’s injuries are not believed to be life-threatening.
