Folkestone women Sharon Potts and Lisa Joy deny involvement in running Pussycats as brothel

Two women have today denied being involved in running a brothel in Folkestone.

The premises is alleged to be Pussycats massage parlour in the town's Risborough Lane.

Sharon Potts and Lisa Joy pleaded not guilty at Folkestone Magistrates' Court this morning.

Potts, 60, of Coolinge Lane, is accused of managing a brothel at the premises last December 11.

Joy, 50, of Somerset Road, is accused of assisting in the management of the brothel on the same date.

Both elected crown court trial and magistrates adjourned the case for it to be next heard at Canterbury Crown Court on May 12.

Both women were granted conditional bail.
