Hole opens up in middle of Victoria Grove in Folkestone

A hole has opened up in the middle of a residential road in Folkestone this afternoon.
Residents took to social media to warn neighbours about the void in Victoria Grove.
Police have since attended the scene to inspect the damage while it is believed Kent Highways has been informed.
It is not yet known what has caused the road surface to collapse or whether it is a pothole or a sinkhole.
