Horse and pony stolen from a field in Snargate, Romney Marsh

Police are trying to find a horse and pony stolen from a field in Snargate, Romney Marsh.
It is believed that both mares were loaded into a dark brown horsebox, which was driven off following a Mitsubishi Shogun 4X4 towards Brenzett.
The theft happened at about 11pm last Tuesday.
The horse has a height of 172.hh (hands high) and the pony is 12.1hh with a white flash marking between her eyes.
Both animals had been recently rescued and have been in poor health. The horse is described as thin around her rear end.
