A young woman was left feeling "unnerved" after being watched and followed by a suspicious man in Folkestone.
The woman, aged in her 20s, says she noticed being stared at while at Jolson's club in Harbour Way.
When she left the club, the man is said to have followed her to Tontine Street. She then challenged him, and he walked off towards the harbour.
Police have now issued a CCTV image of the suspect leaving the club in Harbour Way.
A police spokesman said: "Although the victim described being unnerved by the incident, no physical or verbal contact was made and officers would like to speak to the man so they can establish the circumstances."
The suspect is described as aged between 30 and 45, about 5ft 5 and of a slight build.
He has black, thinning hair and he was wearing a dark blue suit and a white shirt with the top button undone.
The incident happened between 6pm and 6.50pm on Tuesday, October 18, but details have only just been released.
Anyone who recognises the description or the man in the image is asked to phone police on 01843 222289 or Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555111 quoting reference number SI/ZY/9287/16.
