Kent motorists were warned to expect delays today as a large railway locomotive made its way across the county.
The Class 92 electric engine - which is 21 metres (70ft) long and weighs 126 tonnes - started its journey at the Eurotunnel terminal in Folkestone this afternoon.
Limited to 20mph, it travelled up the M20 on the back of a low loader towards London.
After passing Ashford, the loco took M26 and M25 before joining the M1 to arrive at its destination in Loughborough near Leicester.
