Drivers are being advised to approach the Channel Tunnel with caution.

A lane of the coastbound M20 is currently blocked by lorries queuing between Junction 11 and 11a, with reduced speed limits in place.

The congestion is linked to delays at the Eurotunnel because of industrial action in France.

Non-freight drivers headed for the crossing are being asked to exit the M20 at junction 11a and stay in the right hand lane.

Normal traffic conditions are expected by 7.15pm.
