Reality TV stars Ella Barnes and Mitchel Taylor have enjoyed a trip to the seaside in Kent.
The couple, who appeared on the latest series of ITV2’s Love Island, spent the afternoon exploring Folkestone’s popular harbour arm, and kept fans updated by sharing the visit on Instagram stories.
Ella, from Ashford, posted a picture of herself and Mitchel at The Goods Yard - home to food and drink traders and a huge outdoor screen.
The dancer and model captioned the post: “Took him to the seaside.”
Gas engineer Mitchel followed up his girlfriend's story with one of his own, a sweeping view of Folkestone taken from the end of the harbour arm.
The sunny panorama was accompanied by the comment: “Sheffield’s still better.”
The pair, who recently became exclusive, spent yesterday evening supporting another Kent celeb, pop star Mimi Webb from Canterbury.
They attended an event hosted by Maybelline at swanky venue Shoreditch House where they watched Mimi perform.
Ella attended Homewood School in Tenterden before moving on to West Kent College and Ashford College, where she studied business marketing and law.
She is now a qualified make-up artist with her own business called Beauty By Ell, which is registered in Ashford.
She previously performed with the English Youth Ballet and won a national title for dancing.
And back in 2012, she had a starring role as an Olympic torch bearer as the flame passed through Kent.
The couple were dumped from the Love Island villa ahead of the final following a public vote.
Another Kentish contestant was triumphant with Sammy Root, from Dartford, and his new girlfriend Jess Harding crowned the winners.
