Man, 42, suffers two broken ankles and back injuries after falling four storeys into a basement in Harvey Street, Folkestone

A 42-year-old man suffered two broken ankles and back injuries after falling four storeys into a basement last night.
Firefighters and ambulance crews were called to a house in Harvey Street, Folkestone, just before 8.30pm.
Crews from Folkestone, the rescue pump from Dover and the technical rope rescue team from Deal all attended the incident.
It is understood the man was walking outside the property when he fell.
Once he was stabilised by paramedics, he was placed on a stretcher and then hauled out of the basement by the crews.
He was then taken to hospital, suffering from two broken ankles and back injuries.
