Man 'stabbed' in leg on Edward Road in Folkestone

A man has been treated by paramedics after reportedly being stabbed in the leg in a quiet road.
The victim and suspect were said to have been inside a property in Edward Road in Folkestone when the assault took place.
Officers were called at around 11.20pm on Sunday and were asked to assist paramedics from the South East Coast Ambulance Service.
He was being treated for a leg injury consistent with a stabbing.
Detectives are appealing for witnesses to come forward and inquiries are ongoing in the area.
Officers are reviewing CCTV and would like to hear from anyone who witnessed the incident or anything suspicious in the street that evening.
