Defendant Brian Sharp to stand trial accused of murder after Tim Clayton died after being found in car park behind Europa House in Folkestone

A Folkestone man will go on trial in June accused of killing father-of-two Tim Clayton.
Brian Sharp, 54, appeared at Canterbury Crown Court and pleaded not guilty to murdering Mr Clayton, 45, in November last year.
Sharp, of Manor Road, spoke only twice during the 10-minute hearing, to confirm his name and enter his plea.
The trial is expected to take between two to three weeks and he was remanded in custody. He is expected to be defended by Oliver Saxby QC.
Mr Clayton was found unconscious from head injuries in a car park behind Europa House, the Natwest bank building in Sandgate Road.
He died from his injuries the following day in the Royal London Hospital.
