Folkestone flasher sought by Police after five incidents of indecent exposure in the town
17:15, 16 January 2018
A serial flasher who exposed himself on five occasions since the beginning of this month is still at large.
Police have linked the incidents - which all happened in Folkestone since January 6 - and are asking for the public to be vigilant and report any suspicious behaviour.
The man is described as white with a local accent, and on three occasions has been described by victims as wearing a hat - possibly a beanie.
Detective Sergeant Mandy Poulter said: "All the victims describe being approached by a man in a car who then exposed himself to them.
"On four occasions the car is described as silver or grey and small to medium-sized. In the fifth incident the offender was described as driving a red car.
"The offender has not made any physical contact with any of the victims, however we are extremely keen to identify him.
"We are asking people to be vigilant and to report any suspicious behaviour, and if they recognise the description of the man or his car to contact us."
