Emergency services attend Grand Burstin Hotel in Folkestone after person dies

A person has died at a seaside hotel.
Police and ambulance crews were called to the Grand Burstin Hotel in Folkestone this morning following reports a person was in need of medical attention.
At least four response cars were seen outside the hotel in Marine Parade.
But sadly the person was pronounced dead at the scene.
Rich Airey, spokesman for South East Coast Ambulance Service said: "I can confirm that we were called shortly before 10am today to reports of a person in need of medical attention at the Burstin Hotel.
"Ambulance crews attended but sadly despite the best efforts of everyone the patient was pronounced dead at the scene."
A police spokeswoman said: "Officers were called to Marine Parade in Folkestone at 10.21am to assist the South East Ambulance Service with a report of a person having a medical incident."
