Person dies in fire in Shorncliffe Road in Folkestone

A person has died in a suspicious house fire in Folkestone.
Emergency services were called to Shorncliffe Road at 10.30am to reports of a blaze at a property opposite the junction with Christ Church Road.
Paramedics also attended and the person was pronounced dead at the scene.
The cause of the fire is currently unknown and is being treated as suspicious.
