Police and coastguard called to East Cliff, Folkestone

Emergency services descended on a cliff after a man was spotted on a roof, it is understood.
The coastguard and police were called to East Cliff, Folkestone, off Wear Bay Road.
It is thought the man was on top of the National Coastwatch Institution base, next to the Martello Tower.
Around a dozen emergency service workers went to the scene, around 6pm.
A police officer was later seen on the roof with the man. The circumstances are not yet clear.
Kent Police, The Coastguard and National Coastwatch have been approached for comment.
