Ethelbert Road arrest: Police hold man in Folkestone

Police have arrested a man after reports he was wandering the streets with a meat cleaver.
Officers were called to the reported disturbance at Ethelbert Road in Folkestone shortly after 8am on Saturday, June 24.
Witnesses described how a man was seen knocking over bins and kicking parked vehicles in the street, and police were told that he may also have been carrying a knife.
Police say the man, believed to be in his 20s, was found at the scene and arrested.
